- Get enough sleep! Yes, beauty sleep really does exist. While you sleep, your skin restores and repairs itself. Make sure you are getting between 6 and 8 hours to ensure the best results.
- Don’t sleep with makeup on. It can clog your pores, causing you to break out and dries out your skin. Add it to your nightly routine to take off your makeup with a gentle facial cleanser.
- Use skin care products in moderation. Using too many products can lead to skin that is either too oily or dry. It could also lead up to break outs.
- Eat healthy foods and drink A LOT of water. A healthy and well balanced diet can do wonders for your skin as well as keeping you hydrated and feeling your best. Kale, berries, yogurt and walnuts are all great foods that help maintain good skin tone and a healthy glow.
